Role Overview:
As a New Enquiries Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, managing initial inquiries and onboarding new cases. Your role will involve:
- Responding to new inquiries via phone and email.
- Assisting clients with insurance policies.
- Scheduling appointments with enquiry agents.
- Sending out initial paperwork and gathering relevant case documents.
- Collaborating with partners and fee earners to assess cases.
- Utilizing online systems such as AskCu, AskMid, and ELTO.
- Preparing Claim Notification Form paperwork for the Claims Portal.
- Supporting fee earners as needed.Â
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law or another legal field.
- Has a passion for client care and a desire to learn.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Is a team player with excellent communication abilities.
- Is eager to get their foot in the door and make their mark in the legal industry.
