Paralegal – Pensions Team (Manchester, Spinningfields) Douglas Scott is working with a top-tier law firm in Manchester City Centre, seeking a Paralegal to join their renowned Pensions Team. This is a fantastic development opportunity for those at the early stages of their legal career who aspire to gain hands-on experience and progress in the field of pensions law. Key Responsibilities: ? Providing administrative and legal support to the pensions team? Assisting in a range of pension-related legal matters? Drafting governing documents, reports, and written advice to clients (with supervision)? Managing case files and undertaking legal research? Liaising with clients and handling client queries professionally? Over time, taking on client-facing responsibilities and managing a caseload Candidate Requirements: ?? Knowledge of pensions law and an awareness of employee benefits (advantageous)?? Previous experience in a law firm or trade union background advising on pensions issues (desirable)?? Excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate effectively?? Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of written work??
