- Supporting the team on real estate finance transactions.
- Assisting with the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, reports, and loan agreements.
- Liaising with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction progression.
- Conducting title reviews, searches, and due diligence on properties.
- Previous experience in Real Estate (Residential, Commercial, or Finance) is key.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A hybrid working model: 4 days in the office and 1 day from home following a settling-in period.
