Real Estate Finance ParalegalLocation: Manchester City CentreSector: Real Estate Finance and Lending About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join a leading North West law firm’s Real Estate Finance and Lending team. This dynamic role offers the chance to work closely with partners and solicitors on a variety of high-quality transactions, supporting both lenders and financial businesses. The team encourages proactive involvement and provides excellent training and mentoring to develop your expertise in this specialized area of law. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting due diligence on property finance transactions.
  • Managing security registrations and removals, along with handling day-to-day client inquiries.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including charge registrations, title documents, and reports on title.
  • Preparing and submitting applications to HM Land Registry.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional responses.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in property law (real estate, residential conveyancing, property finance, or related areas) is required.
  • A strong interest in real estate law and finance, paired with a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
