This diversity ensures a stimulating and varied workload.Role Responsibilities:- Drafting security documentation for review by a supervising fee earner.- Making and receiving calls to clients and third parties involved in transactions.- Drafting mortgage reports under supervision.- Responding promptly to client, agent, broker, and introducer requests for updates.- Updating introducer/update portals as necessary.- Ordering documents from HMLR.- Conducting bankruptcy searches, priority searches, and company searches.- Drafting and submitting MR01’s to Companies House.- Preparing files for completion and managing outgoing digital payments.- Undertaking Lawyer Checker and Company Court searches.- Keeping the case management system fully up to date.- Submitting applications to Land Registry and HMRC.- Handling redemptions.- Ensuring clients and introducers receive the best possible service at all times.Skills and Experience Required:- Previous experience in Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Residential, or Real Estate Commercial is preferred.- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.- Proficiency in using case management systems and legal databases.This role is a fantastic chance to advance your career within a team that values innovation, creativity, and client relationships.
