- Conducting due diligence on property finance transactions.

- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including charge registrations, title documents, and reports on title.
- Preparing and submitting applications to HM Land Registry.
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Experience in property law (real estate, residential conveyancing, property finance, or related areas) is required.
