  • Supporting fee earners with caseloads, including freehold and leasehold refinance, limited company refinances, and more.
  • Ensuring clients and introducers receive top-notch service.
  • Communicating professionally with clients and handling telephone enquiries.
  • Drafting mortgage reports under supervision and ordering necessary searches.
  • Preparing files for completion and keeping case management up to date.
  • Using your initiative to progress files and flagging issues to the responsible conveyancer.
