About the role:
In this Legal Recruitment Consultant role you'll join an experienced and high performing team who are growing to match their market which isincredibly busy.
You will be responsible for finding the best people for your clients and providing a better experience for your candidates than the average recruiter. You will be building a network of talented candidates in the legal market across all disciplines and matching their skills, abilities and personalities to the roles available across the thriving law industry.
About you:
You will ideally have relevant experience of recruiting in the legal market or be working in house ina law firm at the moment. You'llideally have experience of building relationships and selling on the phone. In addition, you'll need customer service skills and great communication skills on the phone and email.
