About the Role:Our Manchester-based client is looking for a Depot Admin Manager to join their team ASAP. The Depot Admin Manager will be responsible for producing Management Accounts for the Depot, including forecasting, credit control, accruals, and stakeholder management. This role also involves overseeing the administrative functions within the office and managing a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrators and logistics staff in partnership with the Depot Manager, including performance management, appraisals, payroll, and HR issues.
  • Work with internal systems such as SAP, PRISMA, and Webcycle.
  • Accurately record operational maintenance and production staff hours, including overtime, holiday, and other absences.
  • Ensure all monthly administration tasks are completed, including job confirmations, weight checks, invoicing, and third-party invoice payments.
  • Develop and maintain administrative processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a small team and working across various business areas.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in administration management and logistics coordination.
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict monthly deadlines.
