A logistics administrator is sought to join this well-established and highly successful import and food distribution company based in Manchester. You will join a small team in the Manchester office handing distribution of frozen food.
Main duties
- Co-ordinating deliveries
- Dealing with customers
- Dealing with cold stores
- Organising transport
- Invoicing
Profile
* University degree preferred but not essential* Minimum of 2 years' experience in an office environment* Excellent organisational skills* Excellent attention to detail* Highly proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel* Ability to multi-task* Ability to priorities* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal* Willingness to travel to head office in Cork, Ireland for training purposes initially and sporadically thereafter
