The position offers a competitive salary of $75,000 to $90,000 and requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and enhance daily operations for our client, a renowned specialist in innovative lighting solutions. In this role, you will manage a sprawling 100,000 sq ft facility and work closely with three warehouse managers to ensure seamless operations and uphold security measures.Key Responsibilities:

Direct and streamline daily warehouse functions, including quality checks, inventory management, space optimization, logistics coordination, productivity enhancement, shipping processes, and customer service excellence.
Schedule and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring optimal workflow and adherence to quality standards to drive operational efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment, tools, and machinery, and oversee necessary maintenance to ensure reliable and safe operations.
Monitor productivity metrics and develop strategic plans to mitigate losses and enhance overall performance.
Oversee logistics related to product transportation, liaising with drivers and air freight partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Recommend and implement advanced security technologies and manage security protocols and personnel to safeguard warehouse operations.

Qualifications:The ideal candidate will possess:
