We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and enhance daily operations for our client, a renowned specialist in innovative lighting solutions. In this role, you will manage a sprawling 100,000 sq ft facility and work closely with three warehouse managers to ensure seamless operations and uphold security measures.Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and streamline daily warehouse functions, including quality checks, inventory management, space optimization, logistics coordination, productivity enhancement, shipping processes, and customer service excellence.
  • Schedule and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring optimal workflow and adherence to quality standards to drive operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment, tools, and machinery, and oversee necessary maintenance to ensure reliable and safe operations.
  • Monitor productivity metrics and develop strategic plans to mitigate losses and enhance overall performance.
  • Oversee logistics related to product transportation, liaising with drivers and air freight partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Recommend and implement advanced security technologies and manage security protocols and personnel to safeguard warehouse operations.
