Description
- Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials
- Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Improving warehouse operations through the implementation of strategic workflow plans
- Liaising with internal departments and customers regarding outgoing orders and stock requirements
Profile
A successful Warehouse Supervisor should have:
- Proven experience in warehouse management
- Proficiency in inventory management software and databases
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
