MERJE is seeking a highly skilled Motor Claims Adjuster for a leading insurtech company revolutionising the claims process with AI and automation. The Role

As a Motor Claims Adjuster, you'll handle claims from 'cradle to grave', utilising your expertise in motor claims, fraud detection, and credit hire negotiations. This role offers comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, pension contributions, and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities of the Motor Claims Adjuster:

  • Process motor claims, including repair, capture, intervention, 3rd party & property damage
  • Handle claims involving MOJ and OIC
  • Conduct credit hire negotiations
  • Provide high-quality interactions with stakeholders, clients, and customers
  • Work within system-driven SLAs and workflows

Required knowledge and experience for the Motor Claims Adjuster role:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in motor claims (commercial or personal)
  • Expertise in fraud detection within the motor space
  • Ability to deal with delegated authority and client philosophies
  • Cert CII qualification
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
