  • Manage a portfolio of personal injury claims from initial contact to resolution.
  • Negotiate settlements with customers, suppliers, and third-party representatives.
  • Identify potential fraud indicators and refer them promptly.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring accurate file management.
  • Assess liability decisions and raise continuous improvement ideas.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
