The Personal Injury Handler will:
  • Manage a portfolio of personal injury claims from receipt to conclusion.
  • Negotiate settlements with customers, suppliers, and third-party representatives.

  • Handle inbound and outbound communications, ensuring accurate file reservations.
  • Assess basic liability decisions and manage customer expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
