We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a modern and clean accident repair centre, for an experiencedVehicle Damage Estimator. This role offers a competitive base salary of £40,000, with the potential to earn an additional £6,000 in bonuses, bringing the total OTE to £46,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities of the Vehicle Damage Estimator:
- Utilise your technical skills and knowledge in body and paint repair within the accident repair industry.
- Accurately prepare repair estimates as aVehicle Damage Estimator.
- Apply your expertise with estimating systems such as Audatex and Glassmatix.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills in dealings with clients, suppliers, and insurance companies.
- Perform effectively under pressure and collaborate as part of a team in your role as aVDA.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Estimating experience within the accident repair industry.
- ATA accreditation (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: £17.00 per hour, with an OTE of £46,000.
