The Company:

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Production Co-Ordinator to join our Team.

The Role:

  • Maintenance of seasonal production critical paths and development critical paths, This is a day to day
  • Chasing production, development and fit samples
  • Assisting the wholesale team with uploading style details onto our internal systems
  • Approving bulk fabrics and lab dips
  • Filing systems for bulk fabrics and lab dips
  • Responsible for the general tidiness and organisation of the department
  • Receive and tag all samples into the business
  • Organise garments for photo shoots and keep a tracker of garments’ whereabouts in between our showrooms, Liaising with the Team in Manchester on a regular basis.
  • Liaising with the Showroom Co-Ordinator to ensure all showroom samples are up to date and correct
  • Liaising with the Garment Tech team to do critical path updates
  • Take ownership of the Sample Archive for the business
  • General admin support to the London team

Skill Required:

  • Highly organized and competent in managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong Microsoft skills
  • Good fabric Knowledge
  • Accurate and detail-oriented in all aspects of work.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn new processes and systems.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in merchandising or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using database systems and familiarity with the fashion industry is a plus.
