The Company:
We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Production Co-Ordinator to join our Team.
The Role:
- Maintenance of seasonal production critical paths and development critical paths, This is a day to day
- Chasing production, development and fit samples
- Assisting the wholesale team with uploading style details onto our internal systems
- Approving bulk fabrics and lab dips
- Filing systems for bulk fabrics and lab dips
- Responsible for the general tidiness and organisation of the department
- Receive and tag all samples into the business
- Organise garments for photo shoots and keep a tracker of garments’ whereabouts in between our showrooms, Liaising with the Team in Manchester on a regular basis.
- Liaising with the Showroom Co-Ordinator to ensure all showroom samples are up to date and correct
- Liaising with the Garment Tech team to do critical path updates
- Take ownership of the Sample Archive for the business
- General admin support to the London team
Skill Required:
- Highly organized and competent in managing multiple tasks.
- Strong Microsoft skills
- Good fabric Knowledge
- Accurate and detail-oriented in all aspects of work.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn new processes and systems.
- Excellent team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in merchandising or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using database systems and familiarity with the fashion industry is a plus.
