About Us:Â We are working with a leading hard facilities management company dedicated to providing top-notch services to their clients. We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join the dynamic team in Manchester.
Job Description:Â As an HVAC Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within our clients' facilities. You will ensure that all HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively, providing a comfortable and safe environment for occupants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine ppm and reactive maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC equipment.
- Install new HVAC systems and components.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve project and contract goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Maintenance Engineer within a commercial building environment.
- Relevant level 2/3 qualifications in HVAC or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components e.g. AHU, FCU, Pumps, Motors, Chillers, VRV's, VRF's and etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
