Rates: £27.00 Per Hour (PAYE) / £35.00 Per Hour (Umbrella)

Our Clients:We work with leading FMCG, Food, Beverage, Packaging, and Chemical manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond efficiently to equipment breakdowns and conduct scheduled maintenance to maintain smooth operations.
- Focus on troubleshooting and resolving machine processing faults using historical documentation and technical expertise.
- Foster positive relationships with operational staff and work collaboratively to optimize performance.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to enhance machine reliability and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and repair machinery to high standards, proactively reducing downtime and contributing to department efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Completion of a Timeserved Engineering Apprenticeship is preferred.
- Experience in FMCG/Packaging Manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.
- Competence in fault-finding on 3-Phase Electrical Systems, Drives, I/O PLCs, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to plan and organize efficiently.
