About the Role:

My client is seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Engineer to join our team. This role involves maintenance, servicing, and inspections of plant equipment across the fleet, as well as on-site repairs throughout the Northwest.

Working on heavy mobile plant such as Excavators, dumpers, telehandlers, rollers, Grab wagons and much more!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing on a variety of plant machinery.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and carry out on-site repairs efficiently across multiple locations.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to minimize downtime and maintain high operational standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any major issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Plant Engineer, Mobile Plant Fitter, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulics, engines, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site.
  • Full UK driving license (essential).
