Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading company in their search for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work in their leading facility in Manchester.
For the successful Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer our client is offering:
- £47,000 - £49,000 per annum
- 7:00 - 7:00, 4 on 4 off (days and nights)
- Permanent position
- Free parking
- Annual 5% bonus
- Benefits package including life assurance and health care cover
The Role - Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
- To diagnose faults and to test, repair, and maintain Mechanical / Electrical equipment
- Uses PMS to support prioritisation and problem-solving (RCFA)
- Contact OEM's and other suppliers for technical support as and when required and expedite parts when not available on-site
- Analyse trends in reoccurring faults and breakdowns and Reduce downtime of current equipment
- Use and support departmental 5s programmes for workshops and stores
- Developing and recording all engineering activities carried out by use of the Electronic Maintenance Management System
- All functions to be carried out in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 quality management standard
What our client is looking for in a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
- Recognised Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship - ESSENTIAL
- Experience within the manufacturing industry - ESSENTIAL
- Electrical Bias - DESIRABLE
- Food/FMCG background - DESIRABLE
- IOSHH/Nebosh
