Are you a Site Inspector or similar with a background working on any building / construction projects looking for a flexible, remote position for a nationwide chartered surveying company, who give you the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting projects, cover a local patch and work from home full time?
On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established company with huge growth plans for 2025. They operate in multiple sectors with the main aspects being in Healthcare, Education and Marine works. As an independent surveying company they offer a range of services including cost planning, project management and value engineering.
You will be responsible for monitoring all construction activities on various sites, ensuring that work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards, by inspecting materials, workmanship, and overall progress, identifying any potential issues, and reporting them to the project manager to maintain project integrity and compliance.
This role would suit a Site Inspector or similar, looking for a fully remote, flexible position with a company who will give you a local patch to cover and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects in multiple industries.
The Role
- Site visits to inspect, audit, and improve working conditions.
- Provide expert advice on reducing risk and ensuring compliance.
- Liaise with construction and project managers to influence best practices.
- Monday to Friday position, fully remote, flexible hours.
- Covering the North West of the UK.
The Person
- Site Inspector or similar
- Background in Construction, Project Management or QS
- Full UK driving license - Based in North West.
