Job Title: Site Supervisor

Overview:
Our client, a growing company specialising in the installation of high-quality bathroom and kitchen fittings in the student accommodation sector, is seeking a motivated and client-facing Site Supervisor. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to progress within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing and overseeing site operations, ensuring projects are on track and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Support site management by handling paperwork and ensuring that all documentation is up to date and accurate.
Ensure that the site is properly organised and set up for work to proceed smoothly.
Liaise with clients, maintaining a professional relationship and providing updates on project progress.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and labour teams to ensure work is completed to specification and on time.
Monitor the quality of work on-site, with a particular focus on high-rise developments and FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) installations.
Work within confined spaces, particularly on projects located in city-centre high-rise buildings, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Provide support to more senior management as needed, contributing to the overall success of the project.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of site experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
Previous experience working in high-rise buildings and student accommodation projects is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of FFE installation processes and procedures.
Client-facing experience, with the ability to communicate effectively with the client.
Ideally, the candidate will have a background in either trade or education within construction management.
Strong organisational and paperwork management skills.
Ability to work in confined spaces and urban environments.
A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Must be based within the Northwest region.
Additional Information:
The role is primarily Monday to Friday, day shifts, with potential flexibility for project demands.
The candidate will have a clear progression path to move into a Contracts Manager role, with opportunities for career advancement.
