Responsibilities

  • Submit meter reads to suppliers
  • Print invoices, confirm meter reads used and are accurate, along with contracted rates
  • Submit to asset manager to confirm ok to pay
  • Chase missing invoices
  • Check payments from prior months have cleared
  • Submit change of tenancy proforma and work until complete ensuring obtaining final invoice, billed to end read on relevant price plan.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in administration or a similar role
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • High level of competency with Microsoft office
