We are currently recruiting for a temporary Finance Administrator in Manchester City Centre
-Â Â Â Â Â Â 35 hours per week
-Â Â Â Â Â Â 6-month contract, with high possibility of extension
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Hybrid role
-      Hourly Pay: £14.50-£17.00 per hour PAYE including holiday pay
Duties include:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Resolving queries with suppliers and customers
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Using financial systems to monitor transactions
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Reconciling supplier accounts
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Processing payments and recording data on the financial system
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Providing general administrative support to the team
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Communicating internally and externally dealing with queries
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Creating reports relating to budgets and liaising with the budget holders
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Providing support in creating expenditure reports e.g. budget reports
The successful candidate:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Has experience in a similar role
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Proficient in Microsoft 365 and has used a financial management software
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Confident in using Excel
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience in producing financial reports
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Dealt with invoices and budgets in a previous role
