We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, office-based role where accuracy and attention to detail are essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of financial and administrative duties that require precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bank Account Management: Open and close bank accounts as required, ensuring all procedures are correctly followed.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Accurately reconcile bank accounts to maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Transaction Processing: Handle the processing of financial transactions with a high level of accuracy.
  • Receipts & Journals: Record and manage receipts and journal entries efficiently.
  • Invoice Management: Raise and issue invoices promptly, ensuring accuracy in documentation.
  • VAT Returns: Assist in preparing and submitting VAT returns in compliance with regulations.
  • Bank Correspondence: Liaise professionally with banks to address queries and resolve issues.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide general administrative support as needed to facilitate smooth office operations.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a role requiring meticulous attention to detail, ideally within a finance or administrative capacity.
  • Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Effective communication skills for internal and external correspondence.
