This role sits within our Private Sector FM business division that provides catering, cleaning, hard services, pest control, and security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Business & Industry market.

About The Role:As an Operational Administrator, you will be reporting to the Operational Administration Manager. This role will involve supporting the Administration Team with processing sales orders, billing invoices and following system reports. This is a completely remote position and is for a 12 month fixed term contract.As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage business operations and administrative tasks, including managing group email inboxes
  • Focusing on billing invoices for clients, allowing invoices to be processed by the accounts payable team
  • Raising sales orders and PO numbers for a large region
  • Handle correspondence and documentation
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
  • To be able to communicate efficiently via email and Microsoft Teams, to internal and external colleagues

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • You must have the right to work in the UK
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with customers
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred
  • Experience with Dynamics265 would be beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to work well working from home
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred
  • Proactive and organised, with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong experience on emails and systems
