Thrive Oldham is recruiting for our well-establish client in the Chadderton area.

We are looking for the Demand Generation Specialist (6 Months Maternity Cover)

This role will be an individual contributor to the design and management of our EMEA Lead and Demand Generation backbone, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive lead qualification and progression through to the sales pipeline and support the team in developing demand strategy that drives brand awareness, campaign innovation and enhances the customer experience while driving online sales.

  • Salary 32-35k Depending on experience
  • Hybrid Working - 3 days in the Oldham, UK Office
  • Hours: 8:30-5pm
  • 6 Months Maternity Cover: From Monday 9th December 2024 - Monday 26th May 2025

(Shadowing time available pre-start)

Job Duties

  • Develop multi-touch demand generation and lead nurture campaigns across all audiences and channels
  • Create, test, optimise, and deploy demand generation campaigns based on site behaviour, product categories and purchase history
  • Develop and manage high impact, demand generation programs across the sales cycle to generate new inquiries, qualify existing opportunities, and drive ecommerce sales
  • Track, measure and analyse campaign results, report metrics and recommend improvements
  • Develop PPC/Google Ads setup and deployment across EMEA through our partner marketing and organic demand to our ICP's to generate new MQL's into the business and drive more ecommerce revenue
  • Develop Paid Social setup and deployment across EMEA through our partner marketing and organic demand to our ICP's to generate new MQL's and drive more ecommerce revenue
  • Develop and deploy Web Adoption Campaigns in region to drive web adoption growth in our Ecommerce business
  • Establishes and delivers marketing reporting, dashboards and analysis on program performance, conversions, attribution and effectiveness
  • Support business on web asset scheduling and development, identifying new asset development opportunities to drive more demand
  • Own and maintain Social Media scheduling tasks and channel function
  • Work cross-functionally with the global team and provide guidance, build Marketo programs, drips & nurtures in support of our global business efforts.
  • Leverage third-party research to stay ahead of global industry trends related to digital demand generation and multi-channel marketing.

You Must Have

  • Degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 2 years experience working in a similar role
  • Interest in PPC/Google Ads and Paid Social or similar field
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Navigator, Meta Business Suite
  • Experience creating, implementing, and measuring proven demand capture, creation and retention

We Value

  • Google Ads Manager certification is highly desired
  • Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity of analytics tools (GA4, Google Ads Reporting, Sprout Social Reporting, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite)
  • Comfortable operating in an evolving landscape and matrixed environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
  • Interested in distribution, Demand Generation Digital Experience, Digital Marketing/Demand Generation or Customer Experience
  • Data-driven and detail oriented with a focus on delivering high value optimisations to ensure KPI achievement
  • Strong experience of multi-campaign management and support delivery across multiple functions
  • Experience in project management tools is highly desired
