As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead a dynamic and expanding team of engineers, driving technical specifications and overseeing key engineering deliverables. This role offers a chance to collaborate across the business, engaging with diverse stakeholders to achieve impactful results.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and guiding engineering teams, business partnerships, and subcontractors.
  • Planning, managing, and reviewing engineering activities to ensure products are safe, fully integrated, compliant, and delivered within cost, quality, and schedule requirements.
  • Ensuring the developed solutions meet maturity expectations, while capturing all technical risks and opportunities.
  • Streamlining processes to eliminate inefficiencies, enhance productivity, and create a dynamic, best-in-class capability.
  • Ensuring all engineering tasks adhere to the Operational Framework and comply with relevant engineering policies.
  • Leading LCM Design Reviews or technical bid assessments for smaller projects, with substantial contributions to larger initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency inpower systems modeling, switchgear, protection systems, andpower electronics.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with defence standards.
  • Experience navigating the engineering lifecycle.
