Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and guiding engineering teams, business partnerships, and subcontractors.
- Planning, managing, and reviewing engineering activities to ensure products are safe, fully integrated, compliant, and delivered within cost, quality, and schedule requirements.
- Ensuring the developed solutions meet maturity expectations, while capturing all technical risks and opportunities.
- Streamlining processes to eliminate inefficiencies, enhance productivity, and create a dynamic, best-in-class capability.
- Ensuring all engineering tasks adhere to the Operational Framework and comply with relevant engineering policies.
- Leading LCM Design Reviews or technical bid assessments for smaller projects, with substantial contributions to larger initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency inpower systems modeling, switchgear, protection systems, andpower electronics.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with defence standards.
- Experience navigating the engineering lifecycle.
