Job Title: Lead Generation Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across PPC (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and other digital channels (email marketing, paid social, display ads).
- Agency Management - SEO
- Manage and optimise campaigns to drive high-quality leads and improve ROI.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and lead quality.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Utilise marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track and nurture leads.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in PPC, B2B marketing, and digital lead generation.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, with a strong focus on PPC channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Ability to manage campaigns across multiple digital channels including SEO, paid social, and email marketing.
- Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, performance tracking, and reporting on campaign KPIs.
- Familiarity with software, technology, or cyber security sectors is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally between marketing and sales teams.
- Proficient in marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
