Operations Manager

Your new companyHays is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager role for a leading and prestigious property management company. The role will be based at their newest development site in Manchester City Centre and is unlike anything Manchester has seen before.

Your new roleYour new role will involve providing the highest levels of client and customer engagement. Day to day you will manage contractors, security staff, maintenance and cleaners. You will support the completion of planned work, manage PPMs to ensure buildings are managed correctly, and you will conduct audits and assessments that align with company policies. You will closely monitor contractor and supplier performance, including service delivery and financial, to ensure the best value and efficiencies. Providing a 5* service is paramount for this role.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed, you will have experience with the Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, extensive people and service delivery management. You will also be comfortable liaising with stakeholders of all levels and managing a large team.
