Cobalt is working alongside a property brand at the forefront of the UK Real Estate industry as they look to add another Regional FM to their team for the North West. You'll take the reigns of a mixed-use portfolio across the area, leading the management across offices, retail sites, and industrial parks, delivering a top tier total FM service delivery.

Within this role, you will be based at one of the buildings for two days a week, retaining full control over where you work for the remainder of your week giving you a good level of flexibility to deliver your vision for these properties.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking responsibility of a portfolio of between 10-14 commercial properties;
  • Setting and managing service charge budgets;
  • Conducting regular inspections and walkthroughs of the buildings within your portfolio;
  • Ensuring a comprehensive maintenance programme is in place for both planned and reactive maintenance to building plant and fabric;
  • Ensuring full compliance with UK health & safety legislation;
  • Managing the work of contractors for both hard and soft services.

As the successful applicant you'll be able to demonstrate a track record in delivering a first-class FM service across multiple properties, whilst prior experience working for either a managing agent or landlord would be advantageous. An IOSH is essential, but further qualifications will be able to be provided as you advance within the business. A full UK drivers licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
