Role Location: North West
Role Overview: Manage total facilities management (TFM) across multiple commercial sites, focusing on maintenance, cleaning, grounds maintenance and health & safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and site audits
- Proactively manage site maintenance and appearance
- Support Property Managers with operational needs
- Identify and preempt potential site issues
- Coordinate periodic repairs and maintenance
- Manage key logs and access control
- Monitor tenant lease obligations and estate regulations
- Contribute to annual budget planning
- Track and record utility consumption
- Manage contractors and ensure service agreement compliance
- Maintain health & safety standards
Candidate Requirements:
- Experienced Facilities Management professional
- Health & Safety qualification (IOSH or NEBOSH preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service-oriented
- Clean driving licence
