Salary: 42,000 - 45,000 + Car Allowance (14% of basic salary) + bonus + hybrid working

In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for overseeing an impressive portfolio of mixed-use assets, focusing on a residential portfolio across the Northern Region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee facilities operations across various mixed-use and residential properties.
- Prepare, manage, and reconcile service charge budgets
- Lead external contractors effectively ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Focusing on health, safety and compliance standards across the portfolio.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- You must possess prior experience within another managing agent or property management environment
- Demonstrable expertise preparing financial forecasts related specifically to service charges;
- A solid track record steering multi-site portfolios successfully
- An IOSH qualification attesting your commitment to safety practices on site.
