F&R are looking an experienced assistant site manager for a new build housing development in Manchester.
The site is building high volume with a mix of plots and apartments, standard spec.
We need an assistant manager who you can supervise a construction site and co-run construction projects with the site manager efficiently. Will need to assist with developing practical work schedules and procuring construction supplies as well as assisting crews preparing site each morning for works.
Requirements:
- CSCS Card
-SMSTS/SSSTS
-First aid
- 5+ years management experience in housing
