Responsibilities for Assistant Site Manager
- Reporting to the Site Manager / Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of work activities and trade subcontractors on site, safety and quality.
- Management and coordination of sub-contract trades.
- Ensuring company standards followed for health and safety.
- Coordination and progress meetings.
Requirements for Assistant Site Manager
- Ideally minimum 3 years' experience working on open market housing developments as an Assistant.
- Relevant industry qualifications and certificates.
