About the role of Assistant Site Manager
I am currently working with a 5-star house builder, who are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to work alongside their current team, on a site in Greater Manchester. The site will consist of 150 timber framed, open market units.
Responsibilities for Assistant Site Manager
- Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the management of work activities and trade subcontractors on site, safety and quality.
- Management and coordination of sub-contract trades.
- Ensuring company standards followed for health and safety.
- Coordination and progress meetings.
Requirements for Assistant Site Manager
- A proven track record of delivery as an Assistant Site Manager within the new build housing sector.
- You will have timber frame experience.
- Relevant industry qualifications and certificates.
