Assistant Site Manager - Design and Build Housing

This is a fantastic opportunity to join on of the most successful housing contractors in the North West. You will be working with an experienced site team on a very busy site comprising of 100+ houses and several low rise apartment blocks.

You will be responsible for a section of the project. assisting the site managers in overseeing specialist subcontractors and ensuring that houses are completed to a high standard for CML.

In order to be considered for the role you should already have strong experience in the role of Assistant Site Manager within new build housing and have a stable work history, either coming from a trades or educational background.

It is also essential that you are a good team player and feel comfortable working on a busy, multi trade site. Excellent communication skills are also essential.
