As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a specific parts of a site and ensuring all works are completed within time and to budget. The company are a priniciple contractor with a solid track record of delivering high quality, major projects across build.
The contractor deliver high-end residential projects in the heart of Manchester.
Experience/Qualifications for an Assistant Site Manager
- A degree in Construction Site Management or similar.
- Track record of excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate site teams to work to strict build programmes and deadlines & exceed client expectations.
- Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
- At least 6-12 month build experience - *PERMANENT TRACK RECORD IS MANDANTORY*
