Description
The Head of Operations will:
- Develop and implement operational strategies and processes
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve company objectives
- Manage and lead a cross functional team, promoting a productive work environment
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards
- Identify opportunities for process and product improvements
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
Profile
The successful Head of Operations will possess a range of the following:
- Experience in a senior role within the FMCG industry
- Proven track record in managing cross functional teams
- Strong understanding of operational processes and strategies
- Demonstrable leadership acumen with ability to develop high performing teams
- Analytical with the ability to identify and implement improvements through data metrics
- High level communicator with strong EQ
- Experience with budget management and reporting
