Our Client is a building services specialist, experienced in providing complete mechanical and electrical services to largescale city centre projects.Due to continued growth my client is looking for an Mechanical Site Manager eager to join an exciting and fast-growing team. The opportunity is perfect for hard working, and dedicated candidates that thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting into a site based Project Manager duties will include:

  • Overseeing Mechanical aspects of the project
  • Carry out QA and snagging reports
  • Manage the QA procedure for the project for both M&E
  • Complete H&S paperwork
  • Package management
  • Leadership and Teamwork
  • Work closely with the Senior PM
  • overseeing day to day operations on-site
  • Experience in working on high rise/ office blocks
  • Attending project progress meetings
  • Coordinating direct staff and subcontractors to ensure project is ran in line with the programme
