About the role of a Mechanical Site Manager
As a Mechanical Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a specific site and ensuring all works are completed within time and to budget. The projects the company work range upto 250m (value of the full project). Day to day duties include communicating with the team, preparing site reports for Contact Managers, and ensuring all works are on time and dealing with any day-to-day issues that may arise.
Experience/Qualifications for a Mechanical Site Manager
- Coordinate labour activities on-site and provide tool box talks to ensure safety and productivity.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and ability to assess risk and method statements.
- Proven experience in a Mechanical Site Manager role within the construction sector.
- Experience with managing mechanical installations such as HVAC systems, plumbing, pumps, and piping.

- Salary between 45,000 - 50,000
