I'm working exclusively with a client of ours who is setting up a Northern operation, due to workload and opportunity, that will see them open a new Manchester office in the coming months, with viewings on office space already in the diary.
I'm looking to speak with experienced Operations Managers and or Senior Contracts Manager, to assist with these expansion plans and become the Northern Operations Manager, reporting directly into the Board of Directors.
Projects tend to range from £100K - £20m across new build and refurbishment within the healthcare, residential, commercial and education sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience to the table in the aforementioned sectors and have the ability to bring in new clientele, which will in turn assist with the companies growth plans into the North.
