Futures recruitment are looking to appoint a Production Manager for a Manufacturing business who are known for the staff retention and great culture. The successful Production Manager will lead a team of circa 40 team members and implement strategies to ensure efficiency on the shop floor and throughout the production process.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of operators and technicians.
- Assign tasks and monitor daily production schedules.
- Motivate and engage team members to meet targets.
- Ensure production goals and deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Oversee product inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.

Qualification and Skills:
- Experience in leading teams
- Lean six sigma qualified or equivalent
- IT literate
- Excellent communicator.
