Futures recruitment are looking to appoint a Production Manager for a Manufacturing business who are known for the staff retention and great culture. The successful Production Manager will lead a team of circa 40 team members and implement strategies to ensure efficiency on the shop floor and throughout the production process.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of operators and technicians.
  • Assign tasks and monitor daily production schedules.
  • Motivate and engage team members to meet targets.
  • Ensure production goals and deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Oversee product inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
