Senior Site Manager - Manchester

Senior Site Manager - a leading top tier contractor is searching for a Senior Site Manager to join the expanding region in Wigan. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to deliver design and build projects for an award-winning Tier 1 contractor.

The initial project is a refurbishment of a public sector building in Greater Manchester for the local council, which will include office space, meeting facilities, a community gallery and a fully equipped council chamber (£8m).

Requirements:
- Experience delivering D&B projects as a Senior Site Manager
- Experience managing construction sub-contractors
- Understanding of different contracts e.g. NEC, JCT
- Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage operations on site to ensure work is completed safely
- Ensure works are being delivered to programme
- Manage sub-contractors and specialist trades
- Ensure site records are maintained
