About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Site Manager specialising in Facades installation & replacement to join a growing company based in Leeds with Sites based in Manchester.
As a Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of faade installation projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-profile construction projects in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the installation and maintenance of facades on commercial, residential, and mixed-use buildings.
- Oversee and supervise a team of contractors, subcontractors, and laborers on site.
- Coordinate deliveries and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and site safety management plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identifying potential issues or risks and implementing solutions.
- Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure that the project meets the specifications and design requirements.
- Provide progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other project managers to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.
- Manage and track project budgets, timelines, and performance to ensure efficient project completion.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a focus on faade installation and management.
- Strong knowledge of faade materials, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects is highly desirable.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Site Management, or a related field (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS).
