V7 Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join their client, an established main contractor in the North West. Projects they work on include new builds, refurbs and extensions on commercial schemes.

Duties include:
- Working onprojects valued around 2M-12M in value. These will be mostly internal/external refurbishment and small new buildschemes working with a site based Project Manager.
- Managing client and subcontractor relationships.
- Ensuring projects are being ran to a high quality, on time, within budget and processes are being followed.
- Working closely with the health & safety department to ensure best practice is being achieved.
