Site Manager

I am currently looking to recruit a Site Manager to oversee the internal fit out stages on a High Rise Apartment scheme in Manchester.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

• Managing the internal fit-out of a block of new build apartments through to completion and handover.
• Monitor and coordinate works of subcontractors including carrying out inspections
• Monitor and report on programmes and to advise the Project Manager of all potential issues that may lead to programme delays.
• Ensure that relevant information is recorded in accordance with contract and project requirements
• Coordinate meetings with various parties and ensure that minutes of every meeting are recorded, issued and agreed by all participants.
• Provide weekly reports to Project Management team

The successful candidate will have previous experience of managing internals packages on similar types of projects for a Developer or Main Contractor. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to form effective working relationships. Good IT skills and ideally knowledge of Fieldview are required. A valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card are also essential.
