Position: Drylining Site Manager

Location: Manchester

Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Site Manager to join a leading drylining company based in Manchester. This role is perfect for a professional with a background in SFS, drylining, and Metsec systems who is looking to work on high-profile projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all site activities related to drylining, SFS, and Metsec installations.
• Lead site teams to ensure high standards of work quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project targets are met on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards.
• Provide effective leadership and direction to the workforce on site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Site Management within drylining projects, ideally within the commercial or residential sectors.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in SFS, drylining, and Metsec systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certifications are essential.
