A well-established and highly respected Building Contractor with a rich history of delivering high-quality refurbishment and new build projects up to 10m across various sectors including Education, Commercial, Leisure and Healthcare are looking for a Site Manager to join their team. They are looking for a Site Manager with a broad range of sector experience to deliver projects up to 5m.

As a Site Manager, you will oversee all aspects of on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your role will involve managing teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient workflows. You will take responsibility for upholding health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety, and guaranteeing that all construction activities align with specified quality standards.

In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Problem-solving will be a key aspect of your role, as you proactively address challenges and drive projects forward.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Site Manager working for main contractors. You will have a strong understanding of construction methods, health and safety regulations, and project management principles.
